This is the perfect home to serve as base for all of your Northern Arizona activities. Guests can walk to the Rim Trail which is perfect for easy hiking, biking, walking and running. You can walk to downtown and enjoy the restaurants and shops unique to Page. Wahweap and Antelope Point Marinas are a 10 minute drive to paddleboard, kayak, boat or play in Lake Powell. Minutes from Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. 2 - 2-1/2 hour drive to Grand Canyon, Zion National Park or Monument Valley.

After a day spent sightseeing, adventuring or playing on the lake, our home is perfect to come home to and relax, enjoy making dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or grilling on the patio BBQ, kick back on the comfortable sofas and chairs to stream your favorite shows or movies on the flat screen TV equipped with the Amazon Fire Stick or sit out on the patio and bird watch.

The common area is a great room with kitchen, dining and living areas combined for easy social gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped.

When you are ready for bed, settle into the master bedroom with skylights and a king-sized bed with new linens. The en-suite master has a semi-private double vanity and walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds with new linens. There is a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. Also available is a pack-n-play for families. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with an Amazon Fire Stick.

House Rules:
- Absolutely no smoking or vaping (including medical products) - $250 fee for any smoke damage or lingering scent.
- Undeclared pets on the property will result in a $250 fee.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any visitors must be approved prior to arrival.
- Guests agree to the cancellation policy. If you feel last minute changes might occur due to any circumstance, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, including using the WIFI for those purposes.

Pet Policy:
- Up to two pets are allowed with the payment of a $100 pet fee.
- A $50 fee will be assessed if all pet waste is not picked up at check out.
- Pets may not be left unattended at any time unless crated.
