"No reaction to the question of communication since we had not experienced anything that would require us to do so. But given the information was listed in the binder, I don't doubt that the hosts would be responsive. The house shows some aging signs, but it's clean, spacious, and well equipped. We were very glad to have this space for relaxation, especially when the weather became inclement."

"This property was perfect for us. It is in a great location, it was as advertised in the description, great outdoor area, there was coffee and anything you need to cook. It was very clean and we felt right at home. Lenka was a great host, I needed to reach out to her a couple times and she was quick to respond. We would highly recommend her place."

"We had good time and the location was is right in middle of everything and accessible in less than 10 mins. Host was very nice and property was well maintained"

"Big kitchen ,good space dining table.."

"Great place for family stay. We'll definitely be coming back."

"Its convenient and comfortable."

"We were looking for a place to stay the night before our Lake Powell trip for 4 of us. We were also pulling our boat. The property was reasonably priced and advertised RV parking. There was plenty of room right next to the house to park our truck and boat. The house itself was practically new and very nice and comfortable! The beds were great and it had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again if under similar circumstances."

"This was a great place to stay, and we will probably stay here again."

"Very nice and new home. Super comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. Accurate listing. Sleeps 12 in beds and then has two floor mattresses. It was a nice touch having a ping-pong table in the garage along with a video game console. We really enjoyed our four nights there and would definitely stay at this house again."

"You will not regret booking a stay here. Whether you are staying with friends, children, or having a quick getaway nothing about this property will disappoint you. Have fun!"
