Families/friends can rent 2 homes side by side,2 kitchens, 2 laundry rooms, 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 front courtyards, 2 driveways to park your toys. Imagine seniors in 1 house, young families in the other; extended families side/side for the perfect shared vacation with enough space to have privacy.

Antelope Canyon House is 250 sq ft larger, built in 2018 : sleeps 10/12 max,
Vermillion Cliffs House is 8 years old, sleeps 8 maximum .

-Two well-trained, well-behaved dogs max per home, w/permission and add on pet fee $50 per home.

You have access to the entire property except the locked garages, this is an entire house to yourself, not shared, no meals provided.

Absolutely no smoking of any substance, no vaping or e-cigarettes, inside the house. If you smoke outside, pick up your butts.
We provide access to Wi-FI with a 1GB modem, but please be aware, Page is a small town in a remote area, the internet sometimes goes up & down for no apparent reason.
I am available nearly all the time via text, email, or phone, but do not live in Page. My neighbors, Camilla & Brigham, are the local hosts, they will check in with you and can answer any questions.
We are on the edge of the neighborhood known as the Ranchettes, generally it is more peaceful than being in the middle of town. If you have ATVs, you are on the brink of miles and miles of desert trails. You have a view of a mesa to the south nearby and the Vermillion Cliffs to the west and are only five minutes from the Walmart super center and some restaurants and ten minutes from the center of town
The town of Page is quite small, so nothing is very far away.
Our place is situated on the edge of town, 5 minutes from Wal-Mart Super Store and many fast food locations, 5-10 minutes from Safeway and all sorts of sit down restaurants plus Lake Powell Massage, which I highly recommend after a long active day!
* The photos of the lake are taken from the lake, there are no houses on the lake, Lake Powell is in Glen Canyon Recreational Area and no homes are built there.*
In the middle of the Grand Circle, you are:
* 5-10 minutes to various options in Page: SUP, rafting, canyon tours, etc.
* 5-10 minutes from the Rimrock Trail which surrounds the town and allows a pleasant long or short walk, dog walk, bike ride, etc.
* 10 minutes from Horseshoe Bend, AZ
* 10 minutes from the world famous Antelope Canyons
* 10 minutes from Lake Powell
* 10 minutes from the Glen Canyon Dam and some rafting starts
* 45 minutes from Lee's Ferry/Marble Canyon, popular start to rafting the Grand Canyon

2.5 hours from Bryce Canyon National Park, UT

-A pet fee will be added to any group bringing a pet, this has to be manually added at reservation acceptance. ($50 per house)

-If you're splitting costs between groups, please note that Antelope Canyon House is brand new, 250 sqft larger and represents about 55% of the cost of the booking.

We had a total of 10 people stay at the two homes, Antelope Canyon and Vermillion Cliffs. We mostly cooked and hung out in the bigger home, which was great. These houses were probably THE BEST STOCKED houses we've ever stayed in, and we've been doing yearly family vacations (three families from three different states) for 23 years. We took great excursions to Lower Antelope Canyon, Zion National Park, Lake Powell and Monument National Park. Our only wish was that we were just a little bit closer to the lake. The property manager was great - good communication, clear directions, easy check-out, etc! Highly recommend these two side-by-side houses for a fabulous Lake Powell (and area) experience!

I rented two houses and they were both stocked with everything that we needed and were comfortable. The location was ideal for boating at Lake Powell.

Very good experience
The location is perfect! Only minutes to the stores and our Antelope tour office, yet itās in a quiet neighborhood. Walking out in the morning itās a beautiful view with morning sunshine. Rooms are clean, perfect for us six couples. Kitchen has all we needed and plenty of coffee and tea. Washer and dryer were in great condition. The manager is very helpful, sending reminds and answering immediately. Overall, itās a very pleasant stay for all of us.

Best host ever!
We stayed in both homes for one night prior to going on Lake Powell for a week. Our family was traveling and meeting in Page. Because of the uncertainty of the lake water levels this year, we were hesitant to commit. Adria was fantastic to work with. She is a kind and caring communicator, going above and beyond. We will stay here again.

great homes
We really enjoyed our time at Lake Powell, and because we were new to the area, this was the perfect house and location for us to explore. The owner was super helpful and was willing to share lots of great tips and information to make the trip even better. Really the only "complaint" was the floors were dirty when we arrived, and one of the bedrooms is described as having two king beds and one sofa. But it actually has one king and one sofa. However we fit and slept well (there were 18 of us), we just had to arrange a little differently than planned. The homes were well equipped with supplies and kitchen needs. Thanks again to the owners!

excellent place to stay
we were a group of 15 people and didn't want to stay in a motel. we rented two houses side by side. It was exactly what we needed. The homes were clean and fully stocked and Adria the owner is a pleasure to work with. We look forward to coming here again the next time we visit Lake Powell.
