"This property is such a dream! I can’t rave enough about the communications, setting up everything we needed and more on our trip. Debby was wonderful with all our transportation set up, groceries & everything we might have wanted. Chef Luis & Hilary delighted us each morning and night with their culinary MAGIC! "I loved the room with the glass wall to a private view of the back yard/hillside. There was a kitchen and a private patio area. Staff was so helpful to navigate our way and to secure a ferry reservation after we left there. Loved the area. Just wasn’t aware how mountainous it is in Costa Rica. Takes getting used to drive up the crazy hills. Great location and food/restaurants was amazing!!! So fresh and good. "

"Beautiful location, stunning mountain views and the clouds just roll on in to your balcony. Walking distance to some cool places and restaurants. They have a good shuttle service to the forest. Only feedback is some of the staffs attitudes, 2 of the employees were helpful, friendly and kind. The rest seemed snobby and almost judgemental. Could've been 5 stars if it weren't for that. We were WELL AWARE of our checkout time, yet walked by the front desk and stated we are going to pack. 5 minutes...
