"The room is clean, and the property is well-maintained. The room pictures matched the actual room. The check-in & check-out process was smooth, and the host provided clear instructions. "We booked one night over the weekend and we got a message on Wednesday evening saying the hotel could not accommodate us. We’ve been trying to contact the hotel to issue the refund and reached out to the expedia team and they’ve sent a request to process the refund but the hotel doesn’t not answer nor do they respond. We ended up having to pay more for the last minute change for our weekend and this was no ideal and very inconvenient."

"Thank you to Randy and Pam for such an amazing stay. It was centralized to the places we were looking to go and the breakfasts were absolutely amazing. Our room was a Junior room. Very clean, closet was a great size and bathroom was lovely. Bath tub was great. Bed was so comfortable. The house was beautiful and we got to meet some great people during our stay. If we ever get back to BC will definitely want to stay again!"
