"The hotel misses the main objective: to allow customers to rest! It is not acceptable that in a 5* hotel the air flow system is not controlled in the room! In a 2 nights stay, one was impossible to rest, with the freezing air straight on the nose all night! The other, on a different room, was better yet not good!
