The Marina di Orosei, a long sandy shore of about 5 km, is home to numerous beaches such as Su Barone, Osala and Su Petrosu, and is only 3 km from the residence. All flats are air-conditioned and furnished in typical Sardinian style.

The flats are arranged on two floors (ground and first floor) and have a separate entrance with a covered, furnished balcony or patio. The flat consists of a living room with kitchenette and 2 single beds that can be joined together, a double bedroom (beds can be separated) and 1 single bed and a bathroom with shower. Inside the flat you will also find various amenities: air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, electric oven and washing machine.
Our guests can also use the swimming pool for shared use at the Hotel Maria Rosaria, 220 metres away.

The reception office is at the Hotel Maria Rosaria, available every day. Check-in is guaranteed from 17.00 to 20.00. For arrivals after 20.00 it is compulsory to communicate this in advance so that arrangements can be made. Alternatively, check-in cannot be guaranteed. For arrivals after 10 p.m., a fixed surcharge applies. Without prior notice, check-in is not guaranteed and an additional fee may be charged as a penalty. Check-out is by 10.00 am. We would also like to remind you that the cleaning of the kitchen area and the disposal of waste is the responsibility of the client, in the event of failure to comply with these obligations, penalties will be applied.
Animals are allowed in our structure (to be communicated at the time of booking, max 10kg) and a supplement is required to be paid on arrival.
