Our NEWLY RENOVATED vacation condominium has ocean and beach views from the master suite, living, and dining areas. Start the day watching the sunrise and listening to the sounds of the ocean while enjoying a cup of coffee on our balcony. Take the views of the Atlantic ocean from the comfortable high top table and chairs. You might even catch the dolphins having a morning swim.

We are located on the 6th floor facing south but also have full views of the white sandy beaches to the west and east. These views are incredible from every room including the Halifax River where you will catch the amazing sunsets.

Our Master En- Suite with king size memory foam bed, offers a private bath, separate vanity area, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers 2 Twin Beds with a bonus room for an additional twin bed.

The unit features a large kitchen with a breakfast bar seating for 4, all new stainless steel major appliances, ceiling fan with an adjoining laundry room complete with full size washer and dryer and storage for all your needs. The Dining Room offers a large table and views from every angle for all your entertaining needs. You also have access to a full size BBQ grill which can be found poolside. After enjoying the evening meal, toss your dishes in the new dishwasher for easy clean-up.

You will enjoy Two Streaming 55" flat screen TV's located in living room and master bedroom. There is also a 30" flat screen TV in twin bedroom.

All Linens are provided and are laundered off-site. All bedding is high thread count, and appointed with plush mattress toppers, and pillowy comforters.

The Living Room offers views to the ocean from the large queen size sleeper sofa, comfy plush arm chairs and Bar stools from the kitchen. The living area also features new vinyl planking throughout.

The large, heated, oceanfront swimming pool is reserved for guests only. Chaise lounges, tables, chairs, and umbrellas are available for your enjoyment. Get some exercise by playing shuffleboard on the manicured lawn poolside. The Ormondy is a private secure building with keyfob entry. A garage door opener will get you inside to the private underground parking garage. There you will find your own assigned parking space. Luggage and shopping carts are available for your convenience. Elevators run from the garage to the 11th floor Club Room. Along with the Club Room with ocean front views from the wrap around balcony, you will have access to the exercise room, and sauna. .
