Ocean View from Every Room at Breakers Beachside Bungalow! 2 bed/2 bath

Nicely furnished and fully equipped Kitchen; decorated with relaxing at the beach in mind. The front door will even have your own designated combo code so you don’t have to worry about everyone in your group having a key. Our complex; Ormond Breakers offers a private pool and beach for residents and guests only. There is no-driving on this part of the beach.

Living/Dining Room:
Hang out and stare at the Ocean or watch the 55" TV on a large (full size bed) pull out sectional with plenty of room for the whole family to cuddle, play games or do a puzzle when you come in exhausted from a day on the beach. The large dining table seats 6 comfortably. Sit on the balcony set up with two bistro sets to enjoy the views of the pool and ocean all at once. Sunrises are spectacular, not to mention the sunsets, rainbows , dolphin and whale watching too!

Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, toaster oven, crock pot and blender to help you enjoy an easy vacation.
The front closet and pantry are stocked with cleaning supplies, small cooler, beach towels and toys.

Master Bedroom: All new upgraded King size memory foam mattress, plenty of drawers and closet space, desk and chair if you need to get some work done or a 43' Smart TV and a giant egg chair to sit and read if you just want to hang out.

Second Bedroom : New upgraded Queen size memory foam bed , Twin bunk beds, night stand and chest of drawers.

There are Two Full Bathrooms; one with a walk in shower the other with a bathtub/shower both stocked with towels and hair dryers.

Garage: Located directly next to the dumpster in the northwest corner of the apartment complex.
. The garage is narrow and has a low ceiling !!! Please only park small SUV's and automobiles in the garage!!! Parking is available for other vehicles around the perimeter of the building. Located in the garage are beach chairs, toys and umbrella. Look for the items marked #207. (We would greatly appreciate you rinsing these items off at the hose located in front of the pool or at the back corner of the building.

Upon arrival, the apartment is located on the North side of the building ,third floor in the very front. To unload you will see an elevator and a set of stairs in the rear of the building under the stairs you will find shopping carts to assist you in bringing your belongings up the elevator. (Please return the cart for the next persons use)

Ormond Beach is located six miles north of Daytona Beach and is a quiet place to stay during all of Daytona's famous events. Ormond is within driving distance to so many Florida Attractions including Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Historic Saint Augustine, Daytona Lagoon and Marine Land to name a few.
