Beautiful, peaceful OCEAN FRONT COTTAGE directly on the ocean!

Relax at our unique oceanfront beach house directly on the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Sit on the porch, overlooking a lush grass yard from where you can see the white beach sand and listen to the sounds of the sea! Spend your days sunbathing and swimming on one of Florida's most pristine beaches. Conveniently located, our beach house is just the place for a secluded, carefree vacation. We welcome all ages and pets with games, cards, beach toys and reading material.

Our 2 bedroom/2bath, beachfront home has a spacious living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The MB bedroom features a king-size bed, a full bath with a deep tub and a stand free dresser. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed & full bath with a walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have abundant storage/closet space. There is a daybed in the living room to accommodate an additional guests. Finally we have also provided a queen-size blow up mattress. Enjoy cable TV/WIFI on our flat screen television. We provide luxurious linens and thick fluffy towels, as well as plenty of large beach towels. We have a Keurig, a regular 12 cup coffee pot and all the comforts of your kitchen at home. There is a stack washer and dryer in the home as well.
The pergola is comfortably furnished, including a barbecue grill, and there is an outdoor shower for your use after enjoying the beach.
The dining area will seat 4-6 comfortably, whether you choose to barbecue, cook or order takeout.
Publix grocery store is directly across the street along with convenient shops. There are also plenty of dining options, such as Outback, Stonewood, Lulu’s, Riptides, Peach Valley and tons of amazing pizza places. Some are within walking distance as well. For fresh seafood to grill or take out there is Hull’s, a short distance away.
Daytona is a short drive south along A1A where you have Ocean Walk (dining, movies, shows...) Daytona Lagoon Water Park and Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. If you are interested in day trips there is
Flagler Beach and St. Augustine, just north of the cottage, where you will find great shopping, delicious food, interesting history & people and plenty of fun for everyone!
The hosts live close by and will be available to answer any questions you may have. Don't miss out on this unique & peaceful ocean retreat!😊☀️

This cottage is all about the ocean. So lovely to wake up to ocean views. Such a quiet beach and so easy to access. We would definitely stay here again.

With mixed feelings

I'll start with great access to beach. Inside house is really cute. I had to wash the windows at back inside and out, could hardly see thru them. The kicker: the condo to left is undergoing a remodel so daily the concrete saw and drills was horrible to the point you couldn't even use the back porch, yard, anything. It was loud inside, too! Then, around 8PM the hotel to the right has late pool hours so loud music, screaming kids, fireworks, yelling, etc. every night. The next time I rent a house, it's going to be with other houses, not between a remodel job on a condo and a loud hotel. The house was really cute inside but there are no windows that can drown out that kind of noise over a 24 hours period. Perhaps it was timing? Thinking not, but won't know. I told the manager yesterday we were leaving a day early - sheets were washed, dried, and put back on beds - still haven't heard from her more than 24 hours later. Nothing. That was disappointing. Anyway, we won't be going back to this house even though the beach access is great.

Relaxing, cozy getaway

I planned a small getaway to this property to celebrate a relaxing, chill birthday with my close family and my 2 dogs, in a beachfront property. This house was perfect for this, my dogs had a yard to enjoy, the house was a great size for my family (5 adults), and it was overall a very pleasant experience. The beach is beautiful and you can see the ocean from the living room / dining room area, and you hear it at night too. I would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING

From the moment we checked in, the home was outstanding. Ginger was fantastic with helping us. We have stayed at many VRBO places and by far this was the best experience we have ever had. The home was immaculate and exactly how it was described. There is no driving on the beach here which we LOVED. Even with the holiday weekend the beach was not busy. My husband caught fish and we stayed up way past our bed time just enjoying our romantic getaway. The house has everything you will need including beach chairs and beach towels. I can not say enough except, WE WILL BE BACK!

Short get away

The property was spacious, quaint, comfortable and has a great ocean front view. Has everything you need. My only issue was the mattress on the queen bed. More attention to better quality mattress. Sleep is very important when away from home. We kept sinking to the center. Also, the Tv in That room didn’t work. The main tv was hard to operate and didn’t have much to choose from. We had to finally log into our own streaming services to get anything to watch, other than that it was great. Log into our own atrwming services.

Oceanfront getaway

Beautiful little slice of Florida. This oceanfront oasis was as peaceful as we had hoped. Very nicely appointed inside with all the comforts of home. Nicely decorated and furnished and personal touches for us and our furry family member. Highly recommend for a day or a month. Totally relaxing

Perfect Vacation!

We visited with two dogs and two teenagers. Plenty of room. Absolutely perfect location! Right on the beach. A nice yard for the dogs. The daybed was a plus for the teenagers that don’t want to share a room 😉 Seamless check-in. Easy check out. We will definitely be back. Ormand Beach has so much to offer. We ate an amazing dinner out at Alexander’s and this home had everything we needed for the nights we decided to stay in and cook! You will not regret booking this fantastic cottage on the beach!

Splendid

The house was lovely and the views were spectacular. Our host left little gifts for the family and made sure our 100lb doggie was included. This house has everything you and your family will need. From sunscreen to beach supplies (chairs, canopy, wagon, toys, and more) to citronella candles. Will definitely be returning in the near future for a longer stay!

Our Home Away from Home

I can't say enough about this property. This is the second time that we have booked this location and we fall in love with it more each time. The host's communication was exceptional. We enjoyed seeing in person as a personal touch to our stay. This home has everything you need to enjoy a few relaxing day on the beach. Bring nothing but your swimsuit and the will to relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets from your living room!

The perfect hideaway!!

Wonderful location….very quiet at this time of year. Weather was fabulous and the beach was marvelous!!! Our host, Ginger, was very accommodating and gracious. We had literally everything we needed at the beach house and stores were just steps away. Thanks!!
