We did like the villas location. The villa is a bit run down furniture is tried looking needs upgrading and The pool towels were very old and thin. The villa was clean and did the job. The problem we had was we asked if we could check in early, by 2hrs if the villa was empty to be told it would cost us 75. We have never had this happen in over 20yrs off staying in villa in Orlando. We decided this was unacceptable and went shopping. He arrived at the villa 30mins early and decided to just sit in the car. My son needed to toilet, my son has special needs which the company were aware of 20mins before we were due to enter. They have charged us 75 for him to use the toilet 20 mins early basically. I will never book this villa again.

House is very spacious, the Pool and Game Room are excellent amenities! Pool & Spa heat works very well.. The outdoor sitting around the pool is a great feature as well. The house is in a great location, close proximity to most anything you need! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is staying in the area!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hollywood Villa. It had everything we needed while being close to every thing we wanted to do! Each person had their own bathroom, bedroom and space. The pool was great to have with a lot of lounging area to enjoy the sun. Checking in and out was a very easy process. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Kissimmee!

Graduation Celebration

The overall property was well kept. The game room needs a fan like the one in the living room because it was hot. However, with leaving the door open from the living room area helped it to cool down some. We were able to enjoy the whole house and all the amenities. The pool was perfect and we all enjoyed the game room. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood was calm. We would rent again if an event was happening in the area. It housed all guest comfortably. The master bed creaks a lot getting in and out of it. I wish their check out time was 11 AM or non Onstar of 10 AM.This is just a suggestion if I'm being but picky. Otherwise, I would recommend this property.

House was clean and did the job. We enjoyed the pool. Had an issue with the AC and someone promptly came to fix. The beds need some work. Not the mattresses per say, but the slats that they sit on. This goes for every bed in the house. Any movement and it sounds like you're popping bubble wrap. The house is pretty much as advertised. Not a lot of extras or luxury, but gets the job done if you're looking at a stay for the parks.

Great location

Great location and a brill villa. Very clean and everything you need for a great holiday. Pool area is fantastic and a really large lania which is brill to keep you out of the Florida sunshine. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Michel.

Great experience

We enjoyed our stay. It was located close to everything. We arrived an hour earlier than expected and they allowed us to check in a little early, which was so nice and convenient. The place was clean, but dirty dishes (just crusted on stuff the dishwasher didn't get) were in the cupboard. The game room is not air conditioned, just fyi to anyone reading this review. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend.

Very Nice!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were skeptical after reading one or two reviews but pleasantly surprised. The pool heater worked well and was worth the additional small fee. The house was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was as advertised in the photos. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing and serving meals and plenty of beach towels for the pool, and even extra blankets, were on hand. Our children enjoyed the play room and pool between visits to Disney and Busch Gardens. The house was within 15 minutes of Disney Magic Kingdom. Walmart was conveniently located around the corner for supplies. We appreciated the quiet and safe neighborhood. The ac system worked well even when it was 90 degrees this week. Management was extremely responsive about a leaky hose bib outside and super friendly. We will be booking another stay.

Perfect Disney rental

The house was exactly as pictured. The location was very convenient to get to and from Disney. The game room was fun and the pool was nice. Everything was very clean and the house had everything we needed. My only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom was extremely noisy every time you moved even an inch, and the mattress wasn’t great, but for two nights it was just fine. Over all I wound recommend this rental.

Great Florida Trip - Disney/Universal/Beach Trip

We had a lovely stay at The Hollywood Villa rental house! We had 4 adults - parents & grandparents- kids 8,9,14,16 - they all loved the pool and game room. The TV was huge but we didn’t spend much time watching it as we were on the go a lot. Lots of towels 8 beach & doubles of everything else I think were available but they do ask you to keep up on washing them so I brought laundry pods with me and was glad I did. Washer & Dryer were so helpful with bathing suits and towels from the beach. We had a down day when we arrived and went to Showcase of Citrus - got the orange slushie twist in a cup.They had a safari which we didn’t do but would be fun.Went to Cocoa Beach the next day 1 1/2hrs. drive and found a family beach free parking - pavillion - took our lunch there and bathrooms. Small boardwalk out. Spent a few hrs. there - needed to apply sunscreen better so be careful.Did 2 parks the next day Animal Kingdom/Disney Hollywood Studios followed by….Universal - 2 parks w/Express Passes opened and closed this park was great.St. Pete Beach the following day - the GPS said 1 3/4 hrs. but with construction it took us 3 hrs. We had a lovely meal at the hurricane and several hours on the beach and watched the sunset and drove home in 1 3/4 hrs.Magic Kingdom - all day - don’t miss the fireworks show by the castle! Our last day we decided to stay put after our traffic issues and just stayed, enjoyed the pool and caught up on washing towels & dinner out!
