Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Worst looking yard in neighborhood.

My husband and I and small dog stayed in this lovely house for 1 week. When we arrived i doubled checked the address. The yard was overgrown and full of debris. I immediately reported this ghetto look for the next 4 days. I would not let my dog in the yard because the weeds were over a foot high and yes we saw a snake! This mess of a yard had to have been like this for months. This must have been reported prior to our stay. Someone just doesn't care. All calls went to AI and I got no results. Once inside 5 major lights were burned out. We changed them with purchased bulbs. I am certain the cleaners would have seen these. Yes I no things break, but we decided to stop contacting the management company due to their neglect of helping us. So when the front door lock broke, we fixed that too. BTW there are no curtains on the front windows. Not very private. Otherwise the house was clean and we enjoyed our stay. Hope you get the "picture."
