Great Caribbean style condo near Disney

Sanitized and extreme cleaning practices in place - unit and community is now open and ready to accept guests in a safe, clean and well managed resort. Exceptionally decorated Caribbean beach style condo just listed on the rental market! New owners completed a total renovation on this 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit close to the main clubhouse, pool and restaurant. As soon as you make the turn in, you will feel transported to the Caribbean with the lush landscaping that encompasses you. Located on the second floor, the bedrooms are split, with the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms sharing a bathroom at the front of the condo, and the master king bed bedroom (all new mattresses) and bathroom at the back of the unit. The kitchen features stainless steel appliance and is fully equipped. Near the front bedrooms is a stack-able washer/ dryer combo and all linens are provided. The amenities the community offers are endless and include community pools, hot tubs, a sandy beach and fishing pier on Old Lake Davenport.
Also there are walking trails, an on-site restaurant, an on-site spa, tennis court, volleyball court, a playground and a splash pad for the younger children.

Disney is just 15 minutes away and near to all the new restaurants on route 192.

Owner/Property Manger lives nearby if you have any issues. We strive to provide the ultimate vacation experience!

Beau condo bien situé, très propre, avec toutes les commodités (laveuse-sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, etc.). Complexe tranquille avec piscines et installations pour s’amuser, près des parcs thématiques et prix abordable. Idéal pour famille. Peut accueillir jusqu’à 5 personnes confortables. Je recommande.

We loved our stay at this site. The property was in a quiet neighborhood, that was well-maintained, and it was gated. There was a pool right behind the property, just a few feet away. The actual condo was very clean, tastefully designed, and provided what we needed to rest between visits to various places around the Orlando area. We were just a short drive to Disney Springs and the Magic Kingdom—definitely a nice distance from all the business of the parks. had no problems at all and would love to come back and visit!
Kitchen is well-lit, clean, and loaded with what you need to cook and clean up.
Living room was clean, comfortable, and well-lit.
This was perfect for our family of five: all three kids got their own beds—this was just one of the bedrooms.

My wife, 16 year old daughter and I stayed for 5 nights. I think it was a fair price for the stay. Location was good and the pool area was okay. There were a few opportunity areas that my family wanted me to point out. It was very musty when we opened the door and this improved when we turned the ac down to 72 and emptied the 2 dehumidifiers. My wife felt the master bedroom remained a little clammy during our stay. My daughter was bothered by the 2nd bathroom toilet as it would make a whistling noise when it would intermittently fill. The main thing that bothered me was having no deadbolt on the door. You couldn’t tell from the inside if the door was locked. We had to test it by having one person outside and one inside when shut. There was also a chain on the door which won’t keep anyone other than a cleaning person out. A new deadbolt and a better sealing front door would have made me feel much better. Overall it was a good stay and we just recommend a few improvements.

It was a great place for a weekend trip, close to grocery stores and Walmart and about 1.5 hours from the beach and about 45 mins from universal studios with heavy traffic.

The place was nice, the property had pretty trails to walk on and 4 pools to choose from with other amenities as well. It worked well for what we needed and wasn’t too far from the parks we visited, but also not so close to have a lot of traffic.

I received the following email from our host .... conflicting information about what the unit was but after a long day of travel, we followed the directions on this email and the 7 people in our party (me, my daughter, my son-in-law and 4 grandsons ages 5, 4, 2, and 7 months got dropped off by our airport transport to building 29 as directed in this email. We unloaded 5 suitcases, 4 car seats and a pack and play in front of building 29 as well as the pizzas and salad we had delivered. I took my grandsons into the unit and left my son-in-law to start brining up our things. When we got in the unit and started putting things down we were super confused. It looked staged to me at first but then we started noticing other peoples belongings in this unit. I immediately called the host and discovered he sent us to the wrong unit. How horrid this was. We quickly got our stuff and got out of the other peoples unit and then my son in law started hauling all our belongs over to the correct unit that was pretty far away. This was not the way we wanted to start this trip. Unit was ok but floors were filthy and I cleaned them every day with a sponge mop that was pretty worn out. We stayed from July 23-27 and had two garbage bags and a small garbage can so we scrambled every day to use our grocery bags to keep trash removed. I 100% know we left this place cleaner than we found it and this host should find new cleaners!

We absolutely loved our stay here! My youngest enjoyed the pools and splash pad so much, he kept asking to leave Disney because the Condo was more fun. 10/10 recommend.

Horrible experience. First off people should know this is a second floor rental. My mother with COPD had a hard time with the stairs, their is no elevator. Second, the rental was not as clean as people let on. It is FULL of dust everywhere and mold. I am a very clean person and I rented this place because of the raving reviews of cleanliness. Third, the entire place smelled like mold really BAD, the floors and everything were wet when we showed up, they had a dehumidifier but it must not have been on until right before we showed up. Fouth, they had a sign on the wall that said the AC cannot be set below 72 or it would freeze and they would charge me for a service call. I cannot sleep unless its at least 70 so that really sucked. And lastly the last night we stayed was absolutly horrible!!!... the downstairs people had a party way past 2 AM. There were girls screeming and laughing and one even sitting in her car blowing her car horn while laughing. I messaged the number that was given to me to tell them to break up the party and no one ever answered me back, even the next day no answer of apologies for the lack of sleep my entire family recieved before our 12 hr drive back home. And also my mother had a panic attack when she went to the bathroom in the middle of the night and saw a cockroach run accross the sink. I lived in FL for 10 years, I dont care if the "water bugs" are normal to people, its definitely preventable. Dont waste your money here at this place.

Great size unit for us 5. Great location for us, nice and quiet, and away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando, but still not that far from the parks. Unit is nice and comfortable. Not outdated. Resort overall is nice with quite a few pools with children's splash pad. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay

First experience booking a vrbo and it was wonderful if ever in the Orlando area again we will be sure to book. The host was so wonderful and accommodating to our needs! The community was amazing and the pool was just what we needed in a hot asfternoon!
