All our homes are privately owned and are all furnished uniquely - our photos and descriptions are examples of what our homes look like. The homes are self catering allowing you to experience a home away from home style vacation. Like you the owners will furnish the homes to their taste - and will equip the house with items of their choosing making this a comfortable homely type of vacation. Please read the description and look at the photos of each specific property before booking. Our homes are allocation on arrival ( you are not booking a specific home ) - which means we get to keep the prices low so you can make the most of your budget ! You are guaranteed to receive at least the minimum description of the property type you chose. All our homes are located within a 30 minute drive to Disney. We offer different types of private pool homes - economy homes - budget homes - value plus homes - luxury homes - and our executive homes where you will have a games room or an outdoor in ground spa - we also have a platinum home which has games room and spa. ( please note the spa is not heated - it can be for an additional charge ). Shops and restaurants are in abundance in the area - in fact every amenity you can think of is close by. The beautiful beaches on either coast are just over an hours drive away and with over 60 Golf Courses in the area you wont be short of choices. The theme parks are all close by with easy roads to get there - Disney is within 30 minutes and Universal and Seaworld are just a few exits on the interstate. Close to all the action, but far enough to enjoy a nice quiet evening by the pool - our homes are the ideal choice to make those magical memories. Pools can be heated at an additional charge - there are some restrictions. All guests are required to pre-register before arrival - guests need to follow the instructions provided in our initial email after the booking is made. Failure to complete the registration may result in non entry. You will be required to pay a property protection plan on check in of 85 Usd + tax ( 97.70 )- this is non refundable it is the purchase of a accidental damage insurance - please make sure you read the terms and conditions at pre registration so you know how to use the policy.
