Hampton Lakes is an extremely popular vacation home community for not only Walt Disney World visitors but the location lends itself to all of Central Floridas attractions and this beautifully cared for 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home is no exception to the rule. The community is situated on Highway 27 in Davenport just 15 minutes from the gates of Walt Disney World.

Hampton Lakes itself offers picnic areas, tennis courts, basketball courts and childrens play areas.

You have 2 living and dining areas in the home as well as a grand master bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom.

As well as the master bedroom you have a couple of twin rooms for the children and the fourth bedroom being the queen bedroom.

The private pool is a great way to relax at the end of your day out in the parks or to spend the day splashing around with the family in the hot Florida sunshine.

Walt Disney World is just 10 miles from your front door at this house. You will also have with your reservation in this home free Wi-Fi and free local calls, as well as a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

Please note that with your home you have a private outside pool. This can be heated but there is an additional charge for this option. This charge will be $27.50 per day (+taxes) with a minimum 5 day use. Please do make sure you request this service either at the time of your reservation or at the very least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your stay. We typically recommend pool heating for guests staying between the months of October and April.

Please note that charcoal grills are prohibited from use at our home but we can rent you a gas grill for your stay. Please enquire about costs for rental when you book the home.

This is a single level home. Please also note that there are parking restrictions on this community. The driveway for this home accommodates 2 cars comfortably, however please be aware that there is no overnight street parking permitted on this community and doing so could result in the vehicle being towed.

This is a self catering home so please be sure to stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals. As per Florida State recommendations, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence all food items will be removed after a guest checks out and supplies of items such as condiments, sugar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee etc, will be not be provided prior to your check in. We will provide a starter roll of toilet paper at each toilet, a bin liner in each bin, hand soap in the bathrooms, as well as a dishwasher tab. Towels and linens are included in your stay.
