I booked a stay at AmeriCoast Inn through Expedia, and the experience was unacceptable. The room was extremely unsanitary and had a strong foul odor, making it unfit for occupancy. Despite declaring my son service dog and providing ID upon check in the hotel. I was charged $250 as a “pet fee”, the next morning which is a clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Then lied they about the stay and...

"The bathroom was dirty, we had to ask for fresh towels after three days, they should come in and refresh every other day. There was no option to look out at the water, then when I got there it was an additional cost to upgrade but the front desk staff couldn’t do it."
