"I was very happy with my Bandon Inn stay. The front desk receptionist is very good at her job, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. My room was clean and comfortable with a deck overlooking the old town waterfront marina. For a business trip it was more than I could ask for with the value. In the future I’ll take my family here for a mini vacation. "

"Our original room was uncomfortable and much smaller than expected for my family of 6. Luckily, they were able to upgrade us to the family suite which was much nicer. The rooms were comfortable. My kids were looking forward to swimming, but the pool was closed for 2 weeks due to it not being up to code. The breakfast was also disappointing, one morning it was only scrambled eggs and bacon. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Reedsport, but i think we would choose another hotel next time. "

I had a nice ocean view from the top balcony and the rooms are off the main highway which made for a quiet night. I highly recommend this hotel if traveling through Brookings, Oregon."

"I WAS NEVER CHECKED IN OR HELPED BY STAFF. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I stood in the rain from 9:50p-10:20p at night and there was only a sign on the door saying to call the phone number 541-469-2161 and the phone went immediately to voicemail and I was never contacted back. I also messaged directly through Expedia and never received any response. I have a call log showing 5 attempted calls over 5-6 hours, and never was contacted or assisted.
