I’m going to be frank, because I feel that’s the only way the management of this hotel will hopefully make changes for the better. At $360/night, I was astounded to actually see what a stay in this hotel was like. The hotel was at best, a two star and in no way matched the quality that one would expect at this price. The women at the front desk were not friendly at all, and upon check-in handed us a paper which stated that they were short staffed and asked for our understanding. Let me say that as a guest, it is better that we know this before hand so we don’t book a room, rather than to find out this way. Other than the size of the room, the room lacked finesse. And I couldn’t believe that the breakfast included meant that you “pick-up” a brown bag of items next to the front desk that you choose by selecting from a list of “cold” items the day before. The items were packed in plastic bags and I felt I was on a picnic while camping. No dining room, no plates or cutlery, just plastic and items that were hospital food quality. The only redeeming factor was that the hotel is located in a quiet location and there was no noise around. To say that this hotel is overpriced is a gross understatement.
