"In my opinion, this is the best hotel in Westminster. I come here every year and every year I love it again. The staff is super nice, especially Derek (front desk) and the cleaning girls and guy, and the hotel has everything you need!!! Gym, pool, restaurant, and a shopping mall/supermarket across the street. I highly recommend it!!!"

"Unsafe and stressful stay avoid I stayed at Uptown Suites for two weeks while escaping a domestic violence situation. The room was dirty, the bed had hair and an old uncomfortable mattress, and the microwave didn’t work. Check-out was a nightmare: the front desk refused to let me use a luggage cart, my key card kept failing, and I was even locked out of my room with my purse and money inside police had to be called. "The bed was comfy, the room was quiet, we appreciate a separate living room area/kitchen and love the 12 pm checkout. The front desk staff weren't exceptionally friendly and there was long black hairs on the floor of the bathroom so not super clean. Be aware that the pool was under maintenance (although it is winter) and that the lobby bathrooms were under construction. Overall, ok for the price, but room for improvement."
