"Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location is convenient to Disneyland and the stores nearby. The property was well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfectly heated and clean. The host is very responsive and attentive to requests. All in all it’s a 5 star property to stay at in Anaheim."

Two, this unit has 2 ceiling fans and we called on them the first day as 1 didn’t work in the bedroom and the other in the living room had a loud sound on every rotation. "Perhaps 10 years ago, this was a good property with a wonderful view. Today it is rundown and filthy. There were cockroaches in our unit, french fries underneath the beds, an icemaker that quit working and was very noisy and no one came to fix it. The furniture was torn and filthy. No direction or help when we had issues."

"The unit was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. However, the main AC was not functioning, leaving only cooling option was a portable unit in the living room and a rotating fan in the bedroom, along with ceiling fans in the living room, which didn’t cool the space effectively.
