Your guest bedroom has a new queen pillow top bed and a 32ā flat screen TV and access to a full bathroom. All linens are provided, and no need to bring your entire wardrobe ā a full size washer and dryer are included in the unit.
The complex is conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores, drug stores as well as dinning and all types of entertainment. There are 5 swimming pools, 4 outdoor hot tubs, a heated indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court and a fully equipped exercise room with a view of the gulf. The complex provides easy and convenient beach access from the pool area.
A $150.00 cleaning fee will be added to each rental. A local tax of 13% will be applied to the total charge. Please note that Local Sales Tax will increase 2% on May 1, 2023 and an additional 1% on September 1, 2023. Tenants must be 25 years of age to sign a contract agreement. Parking passes are billed separately and are $60.00 ea. with a maximum of two passes for our unit.
