The Space:
Regency Isle 806 is a luxurious, gulf-front, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo in Orange Beach, located a half-mile from the Flora-Bama.
Regency Isle 806 features wood-plank tile floors throughout, shiplap walls, wet bar, beautiful appointments, lovely décor, granite vanities, Wi-Fi, and full-sized washer and dryer.
Located on the 8th floor, the beach views are stunning. The expansive balcony, which can be accessed by both the living area and master bedroom, features tile floors and ample seating for the entire party to enjoy lovely sunsets over the gulf. Watch the waves kiss the shoreline from the spacious living area which features lovely décor, two reclining chairs and a couch. The dining area table seats six plus there is seating for four at the kitchen bar. Just off the dining area, you will find a wet bar with an additional sink and stand-alone ice maker for added convenience, plus a half-bath.
The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, tile backsplash, stainless-steel appliances. Appliances such as blender, toaster, a Keurig, & regular coffee maker are supplied.
The master bedroom features a king bed, shiplap wall, balcony access, flat screen TV and a private bath. The master bath includes a tile walk-in shower and double granite vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed, Captain’s bunk (full bed on bottom with twin sized bed on top), flat screen TV and private bath. This second full bath includes a granite vanity and tile walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated with plenty of closet space and bedside lamps for reading. Regency Isle 806 can comfortably sleep up to seven guests.

Guests will have access to all of the complex amenities that you expect from a premier gulf-front resort such as: gulf-side pool and hot tub, indoor heated pool and hot tub, sauna/seam rooms, fitness room, picnic/cooking pavilion with gas grills, volleyball court and horseshoes. The business center/conference room has internet access and a copier/fax machine available.
The Neighborhood:
When you're not grilling or dining in at this beautiful condo, sample one of many local eateries around town - several have been featured in Southern Living Magazine. The famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar is only a short 5-minute walk (0.4 mi) from the unit and is a local hotspot for freshly shucked oysters, delicious seafood, and a litany of fun events such as their annual Interstate Mullet Toss!
Drive 6 miles down the island to the Lost Key Golf Club. Here you can play a round of golf on a picturesque course and enjoy lunch in the restaurant afterwards. This beautiful 18-hole course is situated near Dolphin Pass on Perdido Key and was redesigned by the famous Arnold Palmer Design Group. Other golfing choices around Orange Beach include Craft Farms, The Peninsula, Gulf Shores Golf Club and more.
This unit is a short 5-minute drive to downtown Orange Beach, grocery stores, and is situated near local shopping centers and restaurants. There are numerous places nearby for rental needs such as jet skis, stand-up paddle boards, and helicopter tours of the coast! Also, within a short 10-minute drive are State and National Gulf Coast Parks. Conveniently located, there is something nearby for everyone to see and do!
