This condo is right across the street from the famous Gulf Restaurant and is less than a mile from public beaches! The spacious floor plan allows for sleeping up to 10 guests and the condo is wonderfully decorated. Pride in ownership shows throughout this immaculate unit. Granite countertops and tile flooring throughout. The large wraparound balcony of this corner unit is massive and has gorgeous panoramic views of the waterways of Orange Beach. The area is great for fishing and we have provided a commercial ice maker inside of the condo. No boat trailers, RV’s, construction trailers, u-hauls, or any other type of trailer or oversized vehicles are allowed in the outside parking spaces.
If you want to bring a boat, the trailer will have to be stored off site. You can rent a daily / weekly parking sport from Gulf Coast Rental Co. ALL Boat Slips are owned privately. There are NO first come/first serve slips. You may pull up on the far side of the beach on the west side of the BBQ area to anchor but please be mindful of the swimming area and children playing in the beach area nearest to the docks.
Parking: Each condo gets two parking passes, if you need more parking you can rent a spot from Gulf Coast Rentals or Premium parking.
