Welcome to elegant island living at The Palms! This beautiful 6th-floor end unit offers an over-sized wrap-around balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The Palms is ideally situated just a few blocks from three large grocery stores, four pharmacies, an ABC store, restaurants, movie rentals, spas, and shopping. The nearby Tanger Outlet Mall provides excellent retail therapy with over 120 brand-name stores for those occasional rainy afternoons. Enjoy a dolphin cruise at The Wharf, which also features an amphitheater for regular concerts, more shopping, and a movie theater. Perdido Pass offers a new area for fishermen, and there are marinas, glass-bottom boats, chartered deep-sea fishing, golf courses, and amusement parks just a short drive away.

The Palms offers fantastic amenities, including a fitness room equipped with a treadmill, weight equipment, a stair machine, and a flat-screen TV. After your workout, reward yourself with a relaxing dry sauna. Elevated, lighted tennis courts are available above the covered parking area, and there is an area for grilling steaks and fish. For those with their own boat, convenient accommodations are available directly across the street. Two elevators take you down to the outdoor pool overlooking the beach, or the indoor heated pool, both equipped with restrooms. Private boardwalks lead to one of the largest beach areas on the coast, where you can rent umbrellas and padded lounge chairs, and outdoor showers are located at each boardwalk for rinsing off the sand.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath unit, with approximately 1400 sq. ft., has been recently renovated and redecorated. It features nine-foot ceilings and tiled flooring throughout, with area carpeting. The unit includes a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony. The living room has a full view of the beach and Gulf, with a sofa, love seat, sitting area, and a brand-new flat-screen TV and DVD player. The dining area features a full-size dining table with comfortable upholstered dining chairs seating 8-10, along with additional seating on the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator with an ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, waffle iron, blender, can opener, dishes, cookware, glasses, and utensils. There's also a bar area with stools, a full-size washer and dryer, and a full-size ironing board and iron. The unit is equipped with Wi-Fi and offers new flat-screen TVs and DVDs in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bath with a large soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third has two twin beds. All bedrooms have sliding glass doors to the balcony with a Gulf-front view, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and clock radio. Each of the three bathrooms is spacious and includes installed blow dryers. The huge Gulf-front balcony overlooks the beach and oceanfront pool and offers a large table and chairs along with several chaise lounges, perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico.

The professional management team at Poole and Associates is dedicated to ensuring your stay is comfortable, stress-free, and memorable. For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. This property is professionally managed by Poole & Associates.

Additional information: Parking passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly, with a maximum of two parking spaces available. Linens are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.

The master bath has no working shower- baths only. This was not told to us. We paid for 3 fully functioning baths/showers but had to share. The coffee maker was FULL of coffee grounds. So of course we questioned the cleanliness of other parts of the condo. There are no extra blankets in any of the 3 bedrooms. There were a minimum number of hand towels and washcloths. The kitchen was sparsely stocked with dishes. The location is wonderful. The end unit offers an amazing view.

The property was just as advertised. Loved the layout of the condo and the balcony was great. We saw dolphins almost every day. The location was perfect- near grocery stores and restaurants. I would recommend and we will more than likely try to book again.

Property was as described. Great view and location to the beach. Only negative was, only one roll of toilet paper for a weeks visit. Suggest bring your own and paper towels and trash bags.

Condo was clean, updated and perfect for two families! A few cons checkin is not convenient you have to drive 20 min to pickup and drop off keys! Coming in we got stuck in a lot of traffic, consider a keyless entry option! Bedroom tvs did not work, was told to calls cable company for assistance ( not what I wanted to do on vacation).

The slider from living room to balcony was very hard to open. The track was very dirty. Small repairs needed at base of vanity in master bath an tub trim. We very much enjoy our vacation at the condo.

The accommodations for the four members of our family were wonderful. The view of the beach in front of our unit was great. There was quite a walk however from the facility to the edge of the water, with deep powdery sand along the way. This made the journey to the edge of the sea a bit challenging. It was close to stores, restaurants, and other recreational facilities. We all enjoyed it very much.

The property is in a great location with excellent views and access to the beach. However, the condo needs a deep cleaning and reorganization. We had to clean the kitchen, dishes, etc when we arrived. All the closets are being used to store paint, ladders, old pictures, extra bedding, and not much storage for your clothes. Needs attention from the cleaning staff!

It was a good experience and perfect layout for my husband and me and our two lady friends. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and we enjoyed the living space and especially the balcony and the view. Perfect weather was a plus.

My wife and I stayed at this property and we really enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the beach. The inside is in the process of being updated and is comfortable and roomy. I would stay here again.

Needs some bathroom updates but the condo was cute. Beach and parking was really close. Not crowded. There was plenty of room on the beach for chairs, etc. It was so nice to not have to walk far to the car or beach.

The property was very nicely decorated but still comfortable. We had everything we needed. Loved, loved, loved the huge wrap-around balcony! Access to balcony from each bedroom. Kitchen was big so more than one person could be cooking, prepping, etc. Great condo for a family. Beach was spectacular!

This is a wonderful property. It was clean, bright and spacious. We didn't want for any amenity. There were a few things that I think needs some attention: the sliding doors were very hard to lock, a keyless entry or simply a safety pin attached would help reduce the anxiety of loosing the keys, possibly throw rugs by the beds to wipe the sand from your feet before getting in bed. These are trivial things compared to what an amazing stay this is: close to the beach and pool, plenty of luggage carts to make carrying items to your room easier, lovely staff, plenty of chairs around the pool, reasonably priced chairs/umbrellas on the beach (or bring your own), We enjoyed this property very much. Anyone complaining about minor upgrade needs are way too picky.

Condo was recently remodeled and is absolutely gorgeous. Close to several restaurants and shopping. Beach was beautiful. Our grandson enjoyed his first beach trip and it definitely won’t be his last. We’d stay at 611 The Palms again.

The condo was very unkept. Old mattresses and bedding. Old furniture. Clean? Broken patio table, remotes with no covers or batteries. Disheveled kitchen. More like a Motel 6 at condo prices. Closets full of stuff.

Pros: - Good Location - Building in good condition - Was undergoing some renovations during our stay - Always smelled clean and regularly seen workers cleaning, welcoming, and taking care of the place. - The unit is in a great location in the building - end of the hall with very little traffic - Good Customer service through Poole - Beautiful view from large balcony - Some recent upgrades - new flooring, light fixtures, etc - Nice pools and exercise room Cons: - Countertops have been painted with countertop coating and is peeling and looks terrible. - It looks like it has been spray painted in front of the sink - All sliding doors are incredibly hard to open - Some of the furniture is pretty dated - Open junction boxes with exposed electrical wiring in living room is a concern - Mirror in master bath has significant peeling of mirror material - Wood rot on master bathroom vanity by toilet - looks like there was once water damage. - Fan in hallway bathroom sounds like a helicopter - Old broken table on balcony - Lots of busted/cracked tiles on the balcony - Storage closet door on balcony is literally rusted through - Only one smoke alarm in unit - The unit is a physical key unit which is a bit redundant in today's automated world. I did leave some clothing in the condo and poole and associates had it shipped back to me! Poole and associates is great however the unit is just so-so. All in all, a decent condo however could be a really nice unit with some very basic maintenance and upkeep. Investing just a few thousand dollars would go a long way. Even at the discounted rate offered I do not believe I will be staying in this unit again.

It started out as inconvenient to have to go into the property management to get keys but then we were told we had to come back to return them on check out day as well. This must be the last property to have actual keys! Check in is 4. We checked in at 4:30. Got to the condo at 4:45. It was not clean. Beds unmade and towels everywhere. We called the property manager several times while waiting on someone to come clean. Two hours later they show up clean for 45 minutes, make the beds and leave. This condo is described as completely remodeled. Ha! Only if you consider new floors and partially painted as remodeled. It has the same bedding, furniture, and appliances from the 80’s. And it hasn’t had a thorough clean since then either. Won’t rent again
