This Orange Beach condo rental is located on the 4th floor, which allows for convenience to the unit from the 4th-floor parking garage.

The master suite features a King bed, balcony access, and master bath with dual vanities, whirlpool tub, and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a private bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and access to the hall bath. All bedrooms feature a flat-screen TV. This unit accommodates up to 12 people with a sofa sleeper in the living room.

The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows with gorgeous South views. The kitchen is fully-equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The unit features 10 ft. ceilings, tile floors throughout, a wet bar with an ice maker, and a full-sized washer and dryer.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Phoenix Orange Beach II amenities feature covered parking, an outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, a lazy river with a water slide, splash pad, a fitness center and a grilling area. Smoking is not allowed in the units or on balconies. Guests are allowed to smoke in the parking deck and drive areas only.

PARKING PASSES
Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
