This Orange Beach condo rental is located on the 7th floor of Bluewater and has a large private balcony with access from the living area and master bedroom.

The master bedroom features a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Queen beds. Both guest rooms have a flat-screen TV and DVD player.

This unit also features a kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and an island. This unit has free Wi-Fi, a full-sized washer and dryer, and a flat-screen TV in the living room. The unit will accommodate a total of 8 guests.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Cleanliness equals protection, and we are doing even more to ensure that your family and your guests are protected and pampered by real professionals. Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Bluewater is located 5.7 miles East of Hwy 59 in Orange Beach. The property features an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, and indoor hot tub, sauna, and BBQ area. Wireless internet is available.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass is included with your reservation. You may purchase 1 additional parking pass by calling our office before arrival. There are a maximum of 2 passes allowed per reservation. The cost of parking is managed by the HOA for each complex and may change without advance notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit does not allow monthly rentals.
