Bluewater 1102 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo with a large balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

ā€¢ Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom. The oversized balcony has seating for nine and is a perfect place to relax and have outdoor meals.

ā€¢ Tile flooring is throughout the unit

ā€¢ The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home, including a Keurig coffee maker.

ā€¢ The dining table seats six and has two bar stools for additional seating

ā€¢ A full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

ā€¢ The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

ā€¢ The second bedroom has a king-size bed

ā€¢ The third bedroom has two queen-size beds

ā€¢ No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great unit at Bluewater. Updated & well maintained. When had a super minor issue with a toaster, the management company brought a new one the same day. Very responsive & helpful. We often stay in this building & would choose this unit again in a heartbeat.

Beach vacation

Our stay at Bluewater in Orange Beach was excellent! The condo was perfect; right on the beach, beautiful view and perfect size for our family. The microwave didn't work, but we really didn't need it. 3 grocery stores nearby and other shops within walking distance or a short drive. We loved our vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Christmas without cold and snow!

We had a great time here. We had fun at the sandy beach, the close proximity to shopping, and fun places to go. The condo was big enough for the 4 of us to spread out and have our own space. Much need after the ride from Wisconsin.

I wish there had been a very good choice! Overall the condo was very nice. When we arrived it was very clean. But we had no internet or tv on arrival. After many calls with the interned company on Sunday I finally texted the itrip # & they arrangements for the internet company to come out on Monday. We finally got internet but no tv. On Tues they installed a new tv! We absolutely loved the built in ice maker. Also loved the deck furniture, spent a lot of time out there.The toaster didnā€™t work but we did fine without it. Finally we had absolutely fantastic weather!!!! Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect. Our only complaint was the TV cable system. I know this is not the fault of the owner, but I could not watch any program that I usually watch because it was not a TV you could tune in on the regular channels at the regular times that they run. Obviously, the TV system was tailored for sports lovers.

Peaceful Oasis

My family loved the layout of this condo. My husband, son and I were staying with my parents and brother on a family trip. Check in was easy, parking lot was safe and attendant helpful, and we even got a customer service call to ensure we were taken take of. The bedroom layout was perfect so each had their privacy. The kitchen was well stocked with tools for whatever we needed. The biggest breath taker for all of us was the patio. My mom enjoyed this more than the beach itself. You get the view and the relaxing sounds while having comfort and privacy of elevation. Most of us enjoyed eating and having coffee out here. All while walking distance from the beach. Would love to stay here again.

We booked this condo over a different one that was less expensive specifically because of the indoor pool and spa. The spa had construction tape all around it and the indoor pool was literally ice cold. Even with it being March the outdoor pool was warmer. Extremely disappointing considering that it was rainy and very foggy during our entire stay. Five teenage boys were extremely disappointed to not be able to get in the pools/ spa so they swam in the freezing cold ocean in the rain.

Wonderful Spring Break

This was by far the best rental experience I have had at Blue Water in my many years of visiting Orange Beach. The room was excellent, loved the ice maker and how user friendly the owner made everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Long Weekend

Our code didn't work so we had to call for a new code which did work. This condo was great for our ladies trip we had 6 ladies two more would have been comfortable as well. No real problems everything was great for our long weekend. Balcony is large and the view is perfect

A great condo, in a great location. Plenty of room! Owners need to go by and look at property due to the black mold on the ceilings and in the shower and on the shower curtains.

The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens we Have ever stayed in. The most dishes and appliances we have seen, including an extra ice maker. The balcony was very nice sized and made sitting and watching the ocean easy. There was one photo that did not belong in the site pictures for the room, there is no children's water park area on the premises. Also the security guards were a little over the top trying to catch wrong doing, constantly waking around with their pad to write tickets. It would be nice to have a universal machine or free weights for workouts. Please turn on the air in the pool area, was a tad stuffy. Overall a good stay.
