This unit is perfectly located on the 5th floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door!! Why wait for elevators to go to the beach or pools when you can easily take the stairs down two flights.


Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, three bedroom, four bath condo. Unit 509 is one of a kind and at the best location in the building. The condo offers a 80'' HD TV in the living room, a 65'' in the master, 55'' in the 2nd bedroom and 55'' wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has amazing floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo has all new beds and features a king bed in the master, the 2nd bedroom has a king bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two queen beds, also there is a queen sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 10.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you donā€™t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Great vacation

Loved our stay in The oasis unit 509 beautiful condo perfect for our family. Except for a few things, The refrigerator took two days to get cooled but was fine after that. The air conditioner was fine for a couple of days then it wouldnā€™t cool it was 74-75 degrees the maintenance guy came out the day before we left and fixed it but it was still 74 that night . The Washing machine must have been off balance it made terrible noises. Other than those things we definitely enjoyed our stay. We will be back next year but a different unit.

Beautiful unit

This unit is just as gorgeous in person as it is in the photos and even more spacious than expected. Kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed to make our own meals. Location on 5th floor was perfect to use the stairs or ride the elevator, along with parking just steps from the unit. Management was responsive to our call (on Easter) about a toilet that wasn't working properly and fixed it same day. Indoor pool was a lifesaver because we had some chilly weather and then the beaches were closed for swimming multiple days due to unsafe surf and rip tides. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Condo cleanliness upon arrival only downfall

I will start by saying we 100% would stay there again. Everything minus cleanliness of condo upon arrival was perfect. It felt like nothing was clean prior to us arriving though. Spare sheets amd blankets were wadded in balls in closets and pull out couch had food and stains on its sheet. Minus those it was a great condo and fantastic customer service.

Great property - only a few negative things to say about it though

Great property overall! The only negative things I can say is sometimes there were long wait times for the elevators because there are a lot of units at this property and it was peak vacation season. Also evidently the cleaners had turned up the temperature in the refrigerator when cleaning it and failed to turn it back down before our arrival. Once we checked in, we went straight to the grocery store to stock up food for the week. We came back with a cart full of refrigerated items only to find our refrigerator inside was VERY WARM! We scrambled to put these items on ice until the refrigerator got cool (12 hours later)! WIFI signal and cell phone reception is poor unless you are outside on the balcony. Other than these items, we were very happy with our spacious accommodations and enjoyed our week long stay in unit 509.

Great Location

We had no issues with the property, it was exactly as I expected it and the parking/elevators gave my family zero issues. Our Condo was clean and accommodating for 7 adults, with two being elderly and one needing a walker to get around. If you want to watch your kids in the pool you have a clear view from the balcony if everyone can't go down and my father who can't walk on the beach really felt like he had a beach vacation because being on the 5th floor really makes you feel up close to all the fun in the sun.

Family time!

We love staying at Phoenix West II Condos. We always rent a 3 bed 4 bath and itā€™s perfect for our family. Everyone has private space plus large open area for everyone to gather.

Plenty of room for 10 people. Clean. Great view. Beach is just as hop, skip and a jump. Parking on same floor as the condo. Close to grocery store and the Dairy QueenšŸ˜. My family had a blast!

Loved the condo! It was absolutely beautiful! And spotless! The front desk clerk was not very friendly at check in. Her response to questions was ā€œyou didnā€™t rent from us. Refer to your rental contract .ā€ No tv or WiFi. Cell phones didnā€™t work. Reported this to the desk and they kept telling us that they would send someone up and never did. By the time we figured out the process for reporting it, it was our last day there. Julia at VRBO was very helpful.

Quick Mardi Gras trip

Property was very nice and took care of our needs. It was wonderful being able to park so close to our room. The room was very clean and spacious. The only complaints I have is that some of the outlets were not working, the WiFi internet was incredibly spotty and unusable at times, and the noise level from the surrounding units was high. It was not very crowded due to the weather, but you could hear EVERYTHING around you. Overall, I would suggest this property if they could find some remedies for the minor issues. We had a great time!

COVID Birthday Weekend

We went to the beach with our grown children and our grandchildren for my husbandā€™s 60th birthday. Originally had planned a party but with COVID we decided to just celebrate with family. We loved this unit and highly recommend! We have always liked staying on lower floors but the ability to park on the same floor as your unit is the best! It was beautiful and very spacious. The amenities at the complex were perfect for our grandchildren and the adults. Check in/out and all communications with Julia our property manager was great! Unit was very clean! We will book this one again!
