"Superou as expectativas. Os quartos são espaçosos, cama confortável e tudo limpo. Localização excelente. Bem próximo das principais atrações e dos bares. Não tem café da manhã e o estacionamento e pago a parte como a maioria dos hotéis em Niágara falls. "

"Dated but clean"

"Although it was pouring rain all day the day we arrived, the amenities looked pretty great. Our deluxe cottage however, was not very deluxe. First off it was not the cottage that was portrayed in the pictures when we booked it and there was no caveat that we may not receive that exact unit as shown. Hipuge difference. We were very disappointed. Make sure you understand exactly what unit you are renting and ask for pictures of that specific unit. The unit we ended up getting was run down, dated...

"Location was excellent for what we needed it for. Have stayed here before and it has not changed in cleanliness. Front desk not staffed, had to ring a phone number. Outside entry filthy, but could be so inviting if cleaned and presented nicely. Inside is dark and uninviting as well, rooms have old decor, balcony....well you couldn't use as filthy and a place to store rubbish. When contacted staff they were helpful when needing things for the room. Restaurant staff are great but be aware they are...

"We had a very disappointing experience at Parkview Cottages Resort. The cottage was not properly cleaned upon arrival. there was hair all over the place, bugs inside. Since my wife is 31 weeks pregnant, cleanliness and comfort were extremely important for us. We politely requested if a cleaner could come the next morning, but instead the owner reacted very rudely and asked us to vacate the property immediately around 10 PM.
