"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The listing did not clearly state that this was a basement apartment, which is important information for guests when making a reservation. The description also advertised two bedrooms, but there was only one actual bedroom. The second sleeping area was just an extremely uncomfortable futon that was not suitable for a good night’s sleep. "The place is clean and comfy. Washer, dryer, stove and dishwasher were all working fine. If dishwashing liquid was provided for hand washing dishes, it would be even better. Host responded quickly. Overall I am very happy with my stay."
