One Bedroom 101 offers:
- Approximately 690 square feet with a one-bedroom sleeping area and a full-size kitchenette.
- The bedroom has a queen-size bed.
- The living area features a sofa, coffee table, side chair, full size sleeper sofa, TV and DVD player, a dining area that seats 4 people and portable Air Conditioning unit.
- The kitchen is stocked with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range top, coffeemaker, and cooking utensils. There is no oven.
- A full bathroom with a bathtub has two separate entrances.
- The One Bedroom Condominium accommodates 2 to 4 people.

This first-floor light and bright one-bedroom condominium has a spacious feel in alpine style. With convenient ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes it is ideal lodging in the winter, and a perfect spot in the summer, just steps from the Palisades Tahoe Lodge swimming pool!

A couple, small family or group of friends will enjoy this mountainside condo, with a view of the property’s swimming pool and outdoor hot tub. Upon entry to the left guests will find an open full-size kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and range top, perfect for whipping up a meal for the whole group. The living room is open and spacious, perfect for entertaining, where guests can eat comfortably at the breakfast bar or the glass dining room table. The living room sofa converts to a full-size sleeper and offers a TV and DVD player. There is a portable AC unit to help take the edge off a hot Tahoe day.

Convenience is supreme at this Palisades Tahoe Lodge condo, with first floor easy ski-in/ski-out or hike-in/hike-out access at Palisades Tahoe Resort. Enjoy a short stroll to the Palisades Tahoe Village for dining and après, or a quick drive into area towns such as Truckee, or Tahoe City to explore biking, shopping, and more local dining.

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning. Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
