A full bath with a bathtub/shower combo is also located on the main level.
A highlight of the home is the outdoor area! Located near the Truckee River, you can hang out on the spacious lower-level deck. Situated next to HWY 89, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas such as Truckee and Tahoe City, both an 11-minute drive from the home. Enjoy city life in Tahoe City, where you will find many cute boutique shops, a wide variety of bars and restaurants, farmers' markets, live music, and a big sandy beach with a great park and lakeside walkway. With its easy access to ski resorts, bike paths, and the river, this home is a great home base for the ultimate Tahoe getaway any time of the year.
