"The hotel was easy to find. Easy travel to downtown chatt. And waterfalls. Clean in general. Parking lot felt safe and well lit. The staff were all very welcoming and nice. The breakfast was great! Food always tasted fresh. You could always grab water or coffee by the front desk which we appreciated. Amenities in the room worked great. The beds were comfy (some found them a bit hard to each their own). The elevator does makes an odd sound once you get to the 3rd floor. If I had one request it...

"Great location. Everything was super clean & well-maintained. Rooms were well equipped. Only negative was breakfast. $16.99 /person for a breakfast that we wouldn't eat most things seems a little much. An al a carte option would be nice for people who want a light breakfast."
