It's a good last minute option
We booked only 3 months in advance, so our inexpensive options around old orchard beach were limited, so we found this motel. Honestly the location was perfect, the beach is just a 7minute walk down the street, we were 11minutes away from the pier and there was free parking right in front of the motel. The check-in was very easy and the host answers very promptly. For the price, we obviously weren't expecting something grandiose, but i just wanna let people know that the shower is really tiny, one of the windows isn't fully closed because of the A/C so there will be some bugs, the mini fridge isn't very cold so it might not be the best to bring your own food, and the tap water isn't cold so expect to drink warm-ish water. Oh and the walls are so thin we heard the next door suite getting it on like crazy one night which was pretty awkward but the hosts are very kind and its a good last minute short stay option.
