Living Area Full-size pool table, a painted blue brick fireplace with wall-mounted TV, sectional seating, and a built-in wet bar with wine cooler. Sliding glass doors open to the backyard.

Bedrooms (5 bedrooms, sleeps up to 14)
One king, six queens -- two rooms have double queens. Every room has a ceiling fan. The king bedroom has a desk, chaise, and sliding glass doors to the upper deck. The lower-level bedroom opens directly to the covered patio.

Bathrooms (3 full + 1 half)
Three walk-in tile showers -- the en-suite has a double vanity, marble tile, and rain head. Half bath off the hallway.

Laundry Full-size washer and dryer in a dedicated room with cabinet storage.

Outdoor Space Covered lower patio with a hot tub, covered upper deck off the dining area, and a fenced backyard with mature trees.
