This cottage is the perfect location for the your vacation. Easy going, as you will be able to park your car and enjoy the walk to downtown, shop, eat and walk to the beach. 1 bedroom, a separate sleeping area w DBL BD, pull out sofa, trundle BD. Dogs allowed.

This is a true cottage! The pine boards in the kitchen, cozy setting nestled in the trees amongst other cottage homes.

Guests have access to the entire home, a patio out back, and 2 car parking to the right of the cottage.

Getting Around:
Walking, trolleys are available in town, or our favorite Beach Caddie service!

Other Things to Note:
Saturday Check-In after 3:00 PM - Guests will pick up keys from the Jean Knapp Rentals office downtown Ogunquit (located in the RE/MAX Realty One office at 84 School St. Ogunquit, ME 03907).

DO NOT Park prior to check-in time as cleaners have access until then to prepare for your stay. Thank you for understanding.

Saturday Check-Out until 10:00 AM - Drop off keys to Jean Knapp office.Cleaners arrive promptly. Please try to leave the home as you found it. Empty the refrigerator/freezer. Take all trash out of the home and put in the appropriate barrels.

Reservations require a 50% rental deposit fully refundable within 7 business days of reservation. Cancellations made after the initial 7 business days will be subject to our cancellation policy and fee - see Rental Agreement.
After the initial 7 business days, ALL rental deposits are nonrefundable. If the Agency is able to re-rent the property for same term and rate, rental deposits would be refundable less 10% of the TOTAL RENTAL AMOUNT FOR THE ENTIRE RENTAL PERIOD.
If you decide that you must cancel, you may not move your deposit to another week. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation within 30 days is non-refundable.

Rental Agreement eSignature:
You will receive an email with a rental agreement attached, which is in the form of an eSignature document. Please review, complete, and submit the document within 7 days of booking.

Interaction with Guests:
The owner gives guests uninterrupted enjoyment of the cottage. Always consider your neighbors :)
