Just steps away from the hub of Main St. our newly constructed custom home, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is ready to welcome you and your guests for a fun vacation by the Maine coast!

Start your morning on our upper deck with a warm cup of coffee and soak up the morning rays while you smell the fresh salt ocean air. With many breakfast options close by itā€™s an easy 5 minute walk to grab a morning coffee and treat or create your own scrumptious breakfast in our fully equipped kitchen.

When youā€™re ready to head to one of the top 10 beaches in the country, Ogunquit Beach is a 4 minute drive or 10 minute walk down the hill. Stop and pick up a sandwich at the Village Food Market for lunch and head down Beach Street straight to Ogunquit Beach for the day!

After your day at the beach, enjoy cocktail hour on our upper deck or turn on a baseball game from our covered porch and relax for the afternoon!

When youā€™re ready for dinner there are so many options within walking distance! From seafood, to Italian and everything in between there is something for everyone nearby (we have a great list of restaurants and things to do/see that we will provide). Hungry for ice cream, there are more than 6 ice cream spots located nearby (can you try them all?)! Live music, movie theaters and the famous Ogunquit Playhouse are a mere minutes from our home!

If you are coming in the off-season, we have a warm cozy fireplace to keep you warm, books to read and board games to play! Itā€™s a nice quiet spot in the off season to relax and recharge. Less than two hours to the mountains for a day ski trip, 1 hour to LL Bean flagship store and 20 minutes to the Kittery Outlets.

A little bit more about our home: Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed, large closet for 2 with ensuite bathroom with shower. There are also 2 queen bedrooms that share a common bathroom with a shower. The basement includes a couch with a queen pullout bed, a full bathroom with full tub/shower.

Family Vacay in Ogunquit

My family and I stayed in Ogunquit for a long weekend and enjoyed every minute of it. This is a beautiful house and within walking distance to everything - restaurants, shops, beach, etc. The house was very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Ogunquit.

Great home for a family

The home is new and well equipped. The walk to town was quick and easy. Beds were comfortable with nice sheets. Bathrooms nice with plenty of towels. It was too cold to sit outside but i hope to do so on a future stay. Communication with owner was excellent.

Long Weekend getaway

4 old girlfriends, in both age and length of friendship, spent 4 days/3 nights in your beautiful home. Everything was new and well designed for guests. It couldn't be more convenient to the main street, although itis all uphill walking back from the shops and beaches, something for guests to keep in mind. We came prepared to drive and pay for the parking, so i wasn't a concern. It really was a restful, wonderful weekend!beaches

Wedding weekend in Ogunquit

Perfect location to relax and visit with our adult children who came from afar for a cousinā€™s wedding at Cliff house. Proximity was perfect and accommodations were magnificent. We made a nice dinner on our last night and the kitchen was stocked with the accessories we needed.

Wonderful house for a group

We had a wonderful stay in Ogunquit and really enjoyed this home. It was a perfect location and was clean and well appointed. They went above and beyond to make it a great stay. Only note is that the fourth bedroom in the basement is a pull-out couch, not a bed, which we didn't realize when booking. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

A Wonderful Stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The property is clean, beautiful and spacious and has so many of the comforts of home. Plus, the location is ideal - it's a 5 minute walk to the bustle of downtown Ogunquit, yet far enough up the road that it feels quiet and very residential. Abby was a dream host - she was accommodating and accessible for any questions about the house during our stay. We are already planning to return again next year!

Wonderful property - very clean, new house with modern appliances and furniture. The communication with the owner was outstanding - so helpful with local recommendations and very clear about check in and check out instructions. They made us feel welcome and we enjoyed our stay very much.

This house was perfect for our family (4 adults and 2 kids). The house was spacious and had plenty of outdoor space too. It was conveniently located to all the main attractions and was less than a 15 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend this house!

Amazing house a short walk from the heart of Ogunquit!

This property is beautiful. Really love all the outdoor living space! We were able to enjoy time at the house, but also have a 10 minute walk to shops, food and the beach! Not having to worry about parking was a real treat and a great way to visit Ogunquit! The house is on an active street, so you will see a good amount of people (all were friendly saying hi as they walked by), but inside, every window has great shades (if you're shy haha). Didn't really bother us because of how fun the house was/location. Abby was amazing! Really communicated well and gave us little gifts personal to us when we arrived. It was really sweet! Hope you get a chance to stay here. My college roommates and I had a really fun reunion!

Best Escape

We had the most amazing week stay at your beautiful place. Everything was so new, clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the outside patio and TV feature. We brought our dogs and the neighborhood was so perfect and dog-friendly. We enjoyed the short walk into town to shop and enjoy many delicious meals together. The best part was not having to pay to park at the beach bc we could walk or just drop off all our stuff. We didnā€™t want to leave and look forward to coming back soon! The renters put so much love into this home and were so so easy and wonderful to communicate with!

We loved our stay in Ogunquit at the El Cerrito place. The house was absolutely gorgeous, brand new and clean with plenty of space for 2 families. The TV outside was an added bonus. The location was great. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. It was a short walk into town and to the beach , restaurants, Marginal Way.

A perfect spot!

An amazing house and location! A short walk to the center and then a trolley ride to anywhere else. Our kids loved the basement to hang and we loved the outside setupā€¦ got to enjoy some summer rain storms outside and stay dry! We cooked a few nights and kitchen had all that we needed and great grill. Everything was in perfect shape and host was so responsive. We loved every part!

Real Gem Great Owners

This house is clean and beautiful, a real find. The owners are very friendly and responsive. You can walk to the beach. There is a great bakery at the bottom of the hill for coffee and breakfast items. The home is brand new with high-end appliances and everything that you need in the kitchen. Itā€™s also a great home base to visit Kennebunkport. We stayed during a heat wave and the AC is excellent I had to turn it down, it was too good. Lots of room with three bedrooms and an extra space in the basement which has a full bath. Canā€™t say enough great things.

Amazing stay in Ogunquit

We just finished up an amazing week at this property. The host was very helpful and responsive during the booking process and made our family feel very welcome by leaving a welcome kit and info packet for us to find upon check in. A diamond in Ogunquit!

This home is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and is in a great location. It is brand new! We were able to walk down the hill to restaurants and shops which was a bonus! There are two outside areas in which to enjoy a glass of wine with your family. My family got a much needed rest and immediately fell in love with this house and all it had to offer. I canā€™t say enough about the immediate communication with owner Abby that was provided to me. She made it easy and welcoming. I will definitely book again this year!!
