Beautiful week in Ogunquit!

The house and location were excellent!! Iā€™ve been vacationing in Ogunquit for over 30 years and this was one of the best rentals weā€™ve stayed in. The location is perfect IMO :) Highly recommend!!

Very spacious, clean and a great location. Walk into the village, the beach just around the corner and conveniently located near 95 to get to Portsmouth, Kittery and UNH..or weave in and out of all the fishing villages on 1 and 1a.

Girls Getaway

11 fun fabulous women celebrating a birthday weekend. Plenty of room to sleep, clean, great location to walk downtown , beaches, Perkins cove and marginal way. Well stocked with linens, coffee, shampoo etc.. turnkey. We had a couple of small issues that were quickly addressed. Would stay here again.

Excellent "home" base

Seven cousins met up for a little reunion at Mike's Downtown Ogunquit home, and it was an excellent choice for our needs. The home is well supplied, clean, and comfortable, and Mike is a stellar host. We had a couple of unexpected things happen. The deck had been stained and didn't dry as quickly as they hoped, so we were refunded some money for the (truly minor) inconvenience. I'd expected some noise from the popular restaurant on the property, but we never heard a peep. Then we had a devastating family tragedy that led to our abrupt early departure. Mike responded with warmth, understanding and comfort.

Centralized location, Nice place!

Clean, spacious, and nice without being 'too nice' to enjoy with a large group. Mike was very helpful and easy to deal with. Great proximity to trolley, restaurants, and shops. Beach can be walked, but probably more of a drive and drop off. Would certainly stay again in future.

Wonderful place for a family Christmas celebration!

We had a lovely stay in Ogunquit. The house was perfect for our needs: big enough and very comfortable, super clean, safe for my toddler granddaughter, well appointed with lots of amenities, close to a walkable downtown and the ocean. Our host was responsive to all of our needs and always available to answer our questions.We would certainly recommend!

Perfect location, amazing house!

We had a fantastic stay at Mikeā€™s. The location is perfect- about 15 min walk to Ogunquit Beach, 10 min to downtown, and 15 min to Footbridge Beach. Itā€™s busy on the road but thereā€™s a sidewalk and you canā€™t hear too much road noise in the house. Having the Omelette Favtory next door was great, and we never heard any restaurant commotion at all. House is very big and could accommodate many, even though it was just three of us. Everything was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We had one issue that Mike addressed immediately even though it was a Saturday night. We will definitely be returning and would love to stay at Mikeā€™s place again!!

Great house in a good location

Michael made staying at the house very easy and enjoyable. Itā€™s a short walk to the center of town and accessible to the main beach. The house is very clean and the communication with Michael is very easy. Looking forward to renting this house in the future!

Everything we were hoping for

We have been coming to Ogunquit for over 25 years. As the children grew we wanted a space where we could all be together for meals and relaxing, something you canā€™t do as a big family at a hotel. This was the perfect place to be as a family with adults and young adults now. We can be together and enjoy all our favorite activities, and weā€™re within walking distance of the village and beach so no need to use our car. Mike was a very responsive and gracious host. The home was very spacious, which comes in handy when you have 8 grown adults in one space. Everything was just a blessing for us and our vacation time. Our plans to come again are in the works šŸ‘

Great location and host

We had a great time in this property! We couldn't have asked for a better location, just close enough to the downtown area to be able to walk if we wanted, and with a trolley stop right across the street if we didn't feel like walking (it was hot, we we trolleyed!). The property owner was super responsive and courteous when we had questions. We even met him in the driveway when he was there working with the business next door. Our toddler also enjoyed the games, particularly Candy Land!

Beautiful cottage with an easy walk to beach

It was a beautiful cottage with an easy 20 minute walk to the beach, along with shops, cafes, and restaurants. Right next door to an omelette restaurant. It was clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed.
