"Property was very nice. Spacious and cozy. Clean. I would stay here again! But bring a sound machine, or fan. One bedroom has a sump pump very close and it is loud."

"Great location and easy to use!"

Teenager slept on the extra pullout couch in the living room which was perfect because it was out of the way & didn’t really affect the actual living space. "Fun place to stay. Very clean and fully furnished. Really enjoyed our stay."

"This is a perfect spot if you plan to drop your stuff and go explore Grand Rapids all day and just come back to the house to sleep. The listing says two bathrooms but there is only one bathroom. "Basic room, would rarely 3/5."

"The location was great and the management company was extremely easy to work with. The unit does need some updates. The kitchen table and chairs were not comfortable and the carpet were pretty worn. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks)."

"Nice, small great value place short walk to downtown couldn’t be happier with my choice"

"We were there just as overnight guests. We attended a wedding nearby so ot worked out perfect."

"Bed was comfy with nice sheets. Loved that they had shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash even though we brought our own. Also had soap for laundry and dishes...and extra trash bags. I have been places where you had to get all your own supplies."

"The condo was very comfortable and a great location. Everything we needed was provided. The description clearly stated the steps are steep so we were prepared- great work out for 65 and 70 year olds!"

"The house was very nice and well maintained."
