"My poor experience with this booking started 5 minutes after booking it,where i received a confirmation email for booking followed by another email to say i have to pay 50 pounds extra for linen which was not mentioned in the booking, so ive contacted Expedia and they adviced that i should not pay and they will get in touch. "O hotel é muito charmoso, fomos bem recebidos, conseguimos o quarto um pouco antes do previsto. A localização é excelente. A chegada ao quarto com malas exigiu meio lance de escadas porque os elevadores não servem todos os andares, mas isso é devido a ser a junção de dois imóveis. A arquitetura é linda e a decoração também. "

"This was a great location, right next to Green Park, and very walkable to other great sights and stores! The apartment itself was also very nice and cozy, with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working, and the apartment was on the fourth floor, so it was a bit of a hike, but I imagine that will be fixed in due time. Overall a fantastic stay! We plan to book here again in the future!"
