"Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. The neighborhood was nice and it was pleasant able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, train station and Kew Gardens/Palace. I felt safe walking around even when it started to get dark. "What a delightful old boat in an idyllic setting! Seeing the 'old' craft of making a boat, the woodwork, thinking thru how to naximize use of space fascinated me. Loved my stay. "We arrived and the room 5 was in the state as shown in images, we had to find alternative accomodation because they couldn’t get us another room. We then were told that we could go to room 6 in the morning, the ‘team’ confirmed it was clean. We showed up the next day, and suprise!That room was in a similar state. We then called multiple times and ended up having to sit in the pouring rain with nowhere to go because the cleaner wouldn’t answer the phone until lunchtime. The cleaner arrived and...

"Great apartment - clean and very well equipped. Excellent communication with the hosts when required. The area is quiet but also has good links to bus network and on to Southall for the Elizabeth Line. Able to park on a local street without permit which was very helpful. Happy to recommend and will look to stay again next time we are travelling to London. Thank you!"

"Hotel com acesso direto ao terminal 4 do aeroporto Heathrow, o que para nós foi ótimo para a estadia de uma noite, com vôo cedo no outro dia. Quarto confortável, atendimento muito bom, hotel muito silencioso. Chegamos antes do horário e eles gentilmente anteciparam nosso check-in. Para quem vai conhecer a cidade de Londres, o deslocamento até o centro pode ser um pouco cansativo pelo percurso de 30/40minutos, apesar de ter linha de metrô direto do aeroporto. Mas para quem tem um vôo bem cedo, é uma excelente opção. "
