My rating is based mostly on our experience at the property , not the individual unit.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, construction was going on outside of our unit and above our unit. Contractors did start after 8 and were done by 4. We also had a smoke/Co2 detector go off upstairs and in our unit. Lots of noise when we are on vacation.
Cleaning was so-so. Items left under couch cushions, under bed, items (chairs, bogie boards) left outside on balcony. Could be improved.
Unit is showing some wear and tear in areas, screen door broken, couch uncomfortable, flooring issues, large coffee pot broken.
Positives:
Communication with owner and property manager were great and timely.
Great views of the bay and ocean.
Wife stated the bed was the best we have slept on in all our travels.
Unit was decorated well, not to much and not bare.
Grounds of complex are amazing and good food is just a walk away.
Things to do are awesome, walk to the pier, harbor, downtown, etc. Short drive to grocery, shopping, for us family.
Overall:
WE love this complex and all it offers. This unit is a great find. When we come back, we will definitely see if this unit fits into our schedule.
