Wyndham resorts have always met the highest standards of cleanliness, and now we are exceeding those standards with enhanced cleaning protocols and disinfecting measures, including the use of hospital-grade, virus-killing products approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Private Beach - NO PUBLIC ACCESS
This spacious four-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 1,869 square feet. You will enjoy one king bed in the master bedroom, two full beds in the second bedroom another Kind Bed in the third bedroom and a third King bed in the fourth bedroom. Additional amenities include a full kitchen, dining area and two bathrooms. Maximum occupancy is ten. Private sleeping area sleeps ten.
All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated.
After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. We currently do not have other dates available, if you contact us, we can put you on our waiting list for specific unit size or dates at your desired resort. After you check out you MUST provide the name of the person who is going to check in at our resort. The person checking in MUST BE 21 years old, have a valid form of ID and a credit card in their name. There are NO exceptions. If you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. The name that is on your account at checkout will be placed on the reservation. That name must have picture ID and a cc for damages to check in with our front desk staff. If your name needs to be changed their may be a $99.00 fee.
Please note by reserving this listing you are opting in to our "Upgrade Policy." If an upgrade for a larger unit, or a higher quality resort within the vicinity of your current property becomes available, we will automatically upgrade your property to ensure your stay is just that much better free of charge! Now if you would like to opt out of our "Upgrade Policy" please make sure to let us know in your first message. Depending on the length of your stay and since resorts do not clean the suites daily, you may be upgraded to a larger suite during your stay with us.

Important Information About Special Needs:
This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking, first floor access ramps and fixed pool lift. Please note: Pool lift is fixed, however currently in storage.
This resort may offer rooms with these special needs features:
Some units include lever handles on all doors, counter-height microwave, front control stove or range, no lip greater than 1/4 inch on slider door to access patio from other side, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars in tub, grab bars around toilet, front door wide-angle wheelchair height peephole, first floor handicap accessible access and Braille signage for room numbers.
Some units include visual fire alarm.

Downtown Oceanside is currently undergoing new development with an active construction site across the street from the resort through January 2021.

The suites and rooms on the city side of this resort are located near train traffic. There will be times when noise is noticeable from passing trains.
Some amenities/activities are seasonal and available at an additional charge.
Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.
For groups of 6 rooms or more, please submit an RFP to plan your event.
** Cancellation Policy **
ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A 3% CANCELLATION FEE WHEN BOOKED THROUGH TZORT, VRBO, HOMEAWAY, BOOKING.COM OR HOMETOGO.
Each of our units are advertised on several different sites for our travelers. Each site has their own respective cancellation policies:
• All of our properties advertised on eBay or TZORT sites follow Tzort's firm cancellation policy.
TZORT Firm Cancellation Policy = All Sales Are Final, Zero Refunds Available. If any of our resorts shut down due to a Pandemic you will be offered 100% travel voucher protection. We offer the lowest price resort vacation specials and ask you to choose your dates and times wisely. We will do our best to accommodate your change requests at no charge but cannot guarantee your change request can be met.
• All of our properties advertised on HomeAway/VRBO TripAdvisor and any of their affiliate sites follow under HomeAway’s Firm Cancellation Policy:
Firm- Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
• Our cancellation policy for all of our listings on Airbnb fall under Airbnb’s strict cancellation policy:
According to the Strict cancellation policy, guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to the listing’s local check-in time. After 48 hours guests are only entitled to a 50% refund regardless of how far the check-in date is.
A guest will also receive a 50% refund of the accommodation fees if the cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the check-in time for the booking. If this is not done then no refund will be given at all. Finally, there is no refund given all at if a guest decides to cancel after check-in.
