The Space:

This unit only rents to 25 years and older.

No Senior week groups allowed.

Your cleaning fee includes all linens and house towels - just bring your own beach towels.



1 permanent parking spot and 1 shared parking spot - see photos - We are unit A.



Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking items and a Keurig coffee maker.

Breakfast bar and small seating for 5 to eat.



The boat slip is available as an upgrade for $100 per stay - guest is responsible for any and all damages to the dock as well as their own vessel. The canal is usually around 2.5 feet deep at low tide.

Exact cash fare is required, or you may use a pre-paid photo ID General Bus Pass obtained from City Hall.



Half Fare ($2):



Available for senior citizens age 65 and over, disabled persons, and Medicare card holders (must show proof of eligibility).



Free Fare:



Children 42 inches in height and under.



ADA Certified Disabled card holders.



Ocean City Resident Senior Citizen Bus Pass holders (proof of eligibility may be required).



Resident Senior Bus Pass: Ocean City residents aged 60+ can obtain a 2-year pass for $7, allowing unlimited rides and discounts on the Boardwalk Tram at certain hours.
