Newly Remodeled Waterfront Whidbey Island, Hot Tub

Welcome to our vacation rental on Sunset Beach on Whidbey Island. Our Home has been completely remodeled with the vacation rental guest in mind, providing all the amenities you will need. As frequent vacation rental guests ourselves, we have gone to great lengths to create a home that's as welcoming and relaxing as possible. The home features high end finishes and luxurious but comfortable design throughout. Outside you'll experience one of the only no bank waterfront beaches on Whidbey Island.

The entire house is yours to enjoy. Everything you need will be provided for you. Just bring your clothes, swimsuit and food.

Watch the waves crash on the beach, walk along the entire beach at low tide. The resident eagles are frequent visitors, and whales splash by during their annual migration.

Access to the beach is easy with our own concrete stairwell down to the beach. Or for no-step access, you can visit one of the two parks just 1/4 mile in either direction - easy for a walk or a short drive. You can easily drive onto Whidbey Island to the home, and grocery shopping, wine tasting and hiking are all within a 10 minute drive.

HOUSE RULES
To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Sign a Rental Agreement upon booking
- Security Deposit is Required
- Provide a valid Government Photo ID
- No pets
- No smoking
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- The maximum occupancy of 8 guests is strictly enforced. Exceeding this limit will incur a $200 fine per person, per night
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise violations during quiet hours will result in a $500 fine and eviction
- This property is equipped with exterior security cameras (video and audio monitoring), including 1 facing the driveway and 1 on the back patio facing outward
*** Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning, unapproved pets, undisclosed guests, smoking, and unauthorized vehicles. Non-compliance with the House Rules will result in a minimum of $500 fine and eviction without a refund. Thank you for your understanding!

- There may be personnel performing routine services outdoor for exterior maintenance during your stay. They will only be outside and will not enter the property.
- No lifeguard on duty. Enjoy the water at your own risk.

Beautiful place to stay. Great hosts

This bliss by the sea was a great place to stay. You canā€™t get more waterfront than this. Hot tub was nice clean and new, it feels like the ocean water is going to come into the house youā€™re so close. The house is newly remodeled and absolutely gorgeous. Our host, Crystal, was very responsive and fantastic. Any small issues were immediately resolved. We would be happy to stay with her again at this beautiful listing.

Beautiful Place with Everything You Need!

The views are amazing, the fire toasty, and the house is filled with all the comforts of home. We celebrated Thanksgiving in this lovely home and were pleasantly surprised to fine everything we needed to make the full spread stocked in the kitchen (from roasting pan and pie plates, to plenty of serving dishes). What made it even better is that every drawer and cupboard is labeled so it was super easy to find everything. That attention to detail is found throughout the house. Crystal was a superior host - great communication and very prompt to respond when we had questions both before and during our stay. We highly recommend!

Whidbey Island paradise!

Wow! We had two families staying here, with kids ages 10, 8, 7 & 6, and we had a blast! The property owners were super responsive, especially when we had the hot tub turn a little cloudy/greenish by day 3, and they sent someone over immediately to get it rectified. The house is gorgeous. It's also so close to the ocean that when the tide's in we felt like we were on a boat! We loved being able to sip drinks on the patio while watching the kids run around, beach comb, and even jump waves! We'll be back!

Beautiful attention to detail

This vacation home is spectacular. We have stayed in many around the world and this exceeds our previous experiences. The design elements, furnishing and amenities are elevated and luxurious. The owners commitment to the customer's experience is demonstrable. The home design is thoughtful, with everything you could want or need provided. The view, of course is amazing. Wonderful seaside escape

Our family had a wonderful long weekend escape. The sea side location is perfect, the house beautiful and fully appointed. Everything is brand new. The hot tub overlooking the ocean was a big hit while watching seals, birds and wind surfers. Will definitely return!
