"Memorial Day weekend on the Vineyard was perfect."

"The studio inside was clean and well stocked with extra linens and terry. Outside needs attention. Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. The cooler provides on the deck was full to the brim with water. No idea if melted ice from use or ???? If the owner/manager would do the simple things this could be a 5 star property. Location was good. Unlike previous reviews...

"We visited family who live on MV but needed to find our own accommodations this time. This was perfect for the three of us and our dog. It was nice to have a little extra than a hotel would have given us at a reasonable price point. It would be an awesome spot during the summer months - wow! Perfect location. No need to even have a car!"

"The home was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we needed. Not too big and not too small. The owner was super responsive and considerate. Location is less than 15 min to all the areas we wanted to visit. Great outdoor space as well. We are coming back."
