The apartment is located on the second floor and features a balcony, perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. It includes one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. In the Kitchenette is available also a washing machine.

A private parking space is also available in the courtyard of the building.

The centre of Numana is just a few steps away, where you will find shops, bars and typical restaurants, while the beach is about 650 metres away and can easily be reached with a short walk.

From the port of Numana, you can also enjoy boat trips to reach some of the most beautiful beaches of Monte Conero by sea, as well as take part in hiking, trekking and mountain biking within the Natural Park
