For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.

Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms and three beds accommodate up to 5 guests. The master bedroom includes a king bed, air conditioning, a TV, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom offers a double bed with air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and the living room provides a sofa bed for additional flexibility. Two full bathrooms include bathroom essentials and hot water.

Outdoor living

A patio or balcony offers an inviting space to spend time outdoors, whether enjoying the garden view or relaxing between activities. The complex provides access to pools, landscaped gardens, and resort access. Beach access makes it simple to spend time near the water, and beach essentials support easy days in the sun. Additional outdoor features include outdoor furniture, a hammock, an outdoor kitchen, a BBQ grill, bikes, a kayak, and sun loungers.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen basics, a dishwasher, a freezer, an oven, a stove, and a coffee maker. A dining table serves as a natural gathering point for shared meals or planning the day ahead.

Living spaces

The living room features a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and natural light from large windows with garden views. Board games, a dedicated workspace, clothing storage, a safe, and room-darkening shades add comfort throughout your stay. An outdoor shower offers an easy way to rinse off after time at the beach.

Families have access to a pack ’n play or travel crib, a paid crib upon request, a high chair, baby bath, changing table, window guards, children’s bikes, and babysitter recommendations.

An elevator with wide access supports easy movement throughout the building, and the home’s single-level layout offers added convenience. A private entrance and keypad self check-in provide flexible arrival. Cleaning during the stay and long term stays are welcome.

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. The apartment is located on floor no._2_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.
