"Our room didn't have any hot water the first night. We stayed 2 nights, they never cleaned the room. We were not told there was a button with a light that tells them to clean or not. We should have been told that upon arrival.
Also, we realized we left our airpods in our room, we did a locator and they were still located on the property so we called to let them know to please look for them and they made no effort at all. No call back, 3 hours later we tried to locate again, and they had...

"Beautiful hotel situated on lovely grounds with trees and paths. King bed was comfortable with nice linens. Balcony was pleasant. Room was heavy on animal skins and hallways are lined with antlers, so if you're not into that, beware. Large bathtub looks great (and it was), but a bit treacherous to step out of. We enjoyed drinks and appetizers in the bar, which is very nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Can't speak to the spa amenities, but they look inviting."

"Mouse in room | High price, low value
Around 12am on our 3rd night, we awoke to sounds of a mouse scurrying around. We opened the doors and scooted it out onto the second story patio. Checking the room, we then found several droppings.
We called front desk, who told us there were no rooms we could move to. They sent cleaners to vacuum our room and change bedding, which finished about 1am.
The next morning, we spoke with the front desk manager, who offered to refund our resort fees ($55 per...
