"This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. "This was for a mom’s weekend away and we had a wonderful time! The house is huge and clean. The beds comfy, and many of them king size. The location is private and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Great location close to vineyards. The toilet in the hall bathroom and house water pressure was a bit of an obstacle but the sellers said they would be addressing it. It wasn’t a big enough deal for us to bring up until we left, so I know they will fix it :) But with 7 ladies needing showers before going...

"Very lovely house, ideal location and was so clean! Owner is very organized with labels even on light switches and providing maps, and vacation guides which made it a very pleasant trip! We were only there for a short trip so we didn't grill or use the fire pit but would of loved to if we stayed longer. Would love to come back with another couple and stay a week to really enjoy all the amenities of the house especially the outdoor patio. "

"The house was PERFECT. Logan and Bri were so responsive and immediately answered my questions. They accommodated my last minute request and were so wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend booking this house. As a bonus, it’s super close to the lake where you can rent a boat from Lansing Harbor or go hang at the park there - only 3 minutes down the road. And it’s 12 minutes from Ithaca airport. So happy with my stay and I hope to return! "
